Starting out as a software engineer, tech has always been an influence in every business I’ve owned over the last 30+ years.

Having been a solo biz owner for most of my adult life, I’ve experienced pretty much every commonly faced challenge and made a ton of mistakes along the way!

Away from the laptop, I’m all about my family… my wife (of 40 years), my two daughters, and (my favourite of all!), my two granddaughters!

My alone time is mainly consumed by F1® racing (Mar-Dec), and thinking up business ideas on my office whiteboard!

What if I join and discover it's not right for me?

If you join and then decide it’s not for you, just let me know within the first 30 days and I’ll offboard you, process a refund, and give you my best wishes.

What kind of results can I expect?

Your results will be determined by the effort you’re prepared to commit to, to make it happen.

If you are ready to go all-in, you can expect to build an income projection, a plan for how you’ll achieve it, and accountability to ensure its successful delivery!

How is the content delivered?

When you join the Hub, you’ll be asked to provide an email address, username, and password to access the platform.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to see everything that’s included, together with an orientation video that will help you get the most from your experience.

Do I need to be using specific tools to benefit?

The short answer is ‘No’, you don’t NEED to be using any specific tool to benefit; however, as I’m a Certified Kit Expert, that’s where my expertise mainly lies when it comes to email marketing.

I can help support other email marketing platforms, however, just know that the degree of my product knowledge will vary if you’re asking about a platform other than Kit.

Having a software engineering background, I can help with most tech tools, however, I specialise in Kit (formerly ConvertKit).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime you wish.

Will I get 1:1 support?

Yes, there will be opportunities for every member to book 1:1 time with me so I can help guide and support you every step of the way.

It’s important to me that no community member ever feels isolated or unsupported.

What makes the Hub different from other memberships or courses?

The Hub is not a typical ‘content-focused’ membership (despite there being plenty of content to consume!), instead, it’s an ‘outcome-focused’ community – one where success is measured not in what you learn, but in what you deliver your solo business (all objectives will be specific to you and your preferences/needs).
