Terms and Conditions for The Hub

Welcome to The Hub, a community I run through Proven Flows. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use The Hub and what you agree to by becoming a member.

By joining, you’re agreeing to everything below. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t join or access the community.


1. Membership Eligibility

To be part of The Hub, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Agree to these Terms and any additional guidelines I post.

  • Provide accurate registration info and keep it up to date.


2. Community Conduct

I’m building a respectful, growth-minded space. By joining, you agree to:

  • Be kind, constructive, and respectful to others.

  • Avoid spam, abuse, discrimination, or anything illegal.

  • Not pitch or promote outside products or services without my approval.

  • Follow the rules and participate in good faith.

I reserve the right to remove or suspend anyone who violates these guidelines.


3. Content and Intellectual Property

All the resources, templates, videos, and discussions inside The Hub are protected by copyright.

You’re welcome to:

  • Use the resources for your own personal or business growth.

  • Share ideas with credit (unless I mark them as private or confidential).

You cannot:

  • Resell or redistribute anything from the community.

  • Share members-only content outside the group.

You still own anything you post, but by sharing it here, you permit me to use it for community promotion (like testimonials or helpful quotes, always with attribution).


4. Payments and Billing

The Hub is a paid membership with recurring billing unless I say otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe on my website.

  • You’re responsible for making sure your payment info stays up to date.

  • If a payment fails, I may pause or cancel your access.

Discounted tiers: I offer early access discounts on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you lock in a price, it stays the same unless you cancel and rejoin later.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your membership any time by managing your account or emailing me at support@provenflows.com.

  • You’ll keep access until the end of your billing cycle.

  • I don’t issue refunds for partial months or unused time.


6. Disclaimers

The Hub is here to help you learn, grow, and take action—but I don’t promise specific results or income.

Everything shared is for educational purposes. You are fully responsible for how you use what you learn.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I’m not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of The Hub. Any use of templates, automations, code snippets, or any community resource is done at your own risk, and no warranty is given. You must ensure you fully test anything used before using it in a live or production environment.


8. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. If I do, I’ll let you know by email or inside the community platform.
