The following Affiliate Partnership Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and benefits associated with participating in the Hub by Provenflows Affiliate Programme (“Programme”).

These terms govern how affiliates may promote my products, how commissions are earned and paid, and the standards of conduct expected from all participants.

By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

1.1. To participate in the Programme, you must complete the registration process and provide the required details, including your name, email address, username, password, promotion method, and payment details.

1.2. Enrollment is free. You do not need to be an existing customer to apply.

1.3. I reserve the right to approve or reject any application at my discretion.

2. Commission Structure & Tracking

2.1. Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate link. Commission rates vary from 10% to 33%, depending on which product or service is being promoted (details are provided for each product/service).

2.2. A “qualifying purchase” is a completed transaction that is not refunded, cancelled, or disputed.

2.3. Affiliate links use cookie-based tracking with a duration of 60 days.

2.4. If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the last link clicked before purchase will be credited with the commission.

2.5. I am not responsible for lost or untracked referrals due to technical issues, browser settings, or user behaviour.

3. Payout Terms

3.1. Commission payouts are made via PayPal.

3.2. The minimum payout threshold is $200.

3.3. Commissions must clear a holding period of 60 days to allow for refunds and fraud checks before becoming eligible for payout.

3.4. I reserve the right to withhold or reject commissions in cases including, but not limited to:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or manipulative referrals
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link)
• Traffic generated through prohibited methods
• Chargebacks, refunds, or cancellations

4. Permissible Promotional Practices (Do’s)

You are encouraged to:

• Create helpful, relevant content (e.g. tutorials, walkthroughs, case studies, videos, newsletters)
• Share your genuine experience using my products
• Educate your audience with solution-focused content
• Recommend my products where they are a genuine fit

5. Prohibited Practices (Don’ts)

You must not:

• Send spam (email, DMs, comments, or forums)
• Use misleading, exaggerated, or false claims
• Impersonate me or represent yourself as part of my business
• Use my brand name, product names, or trademarks in paid advertising without permission
• Direct link to my website in paid ads using your affiliate link
• Use manipulative SEO tactics or unethical methods
• Promote my products in a way that could harm my brand or reputation

6. Affiliate Resources & Support

6.1. I may provide affiliates with marketing assets such as logos, graphics, or suggested messaging to support promotion.

6.2. You will have access to tracking and reporting tools via the affiliate dashboard.

6.3. While I aim to support affiliates where possible, you are responsible for how you promote and position my products.

7. Modification, Termination & Governance

7.1. I reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Programme or these terms at any time.

7.2. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any updates.

7.3. I may terminate your participation immediately if:

• You violate these terms
• You engage in unethical or harmful behaviour
• Your actions negatively impact my brand or customers

7.4. Upon termination:

• Your affiliate links will be deactivated
• Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited
